ACS Assessment
INTRODUCTION
ACS Re-assessment is for those who are classed as Category 1 candidates. You will be an experienced gas fitter with existing gas knowledge, skills and are looking to renew certificates which have expired (less than 12 months) or are due to expire soon. Category 1 candidates are also those of you looking to add appliances and expand your scope of work.
As an experienced Gas Engineer considering renewal of CCN1 and/or Appliances or looking to add Appliances, you must provide us with:
Your GAS SAFE registration number or the GAS SAFE registration number of the business that employs you
Your National Insurance number
2 recent colour photographs
Expired Certificates where available
Expired ACS certificates must be within 12 months of expiry to qualify you as a Category 1 candidate eligible for Reassessment. If your certificate expiry is more than 12 months ago then you will require Initial Assessment.
Please be aware that training is not a pre-requisite. You must also be aware that we will allocate 5 days for this assessment process. If you fail at any stage or run out of time, you will need to re-book and you will need to pay again for the full weeks fees. Our student/instructor ratio is set by the certificating body and we are unable to fit you in as and when. Apologies in advance.

The balance must be paid before the period of the training timetabled has commenced.
