NVQ certification 6035 or 6129 Technical Certificates to 6189 Level 2 NVQ Plumbing and Heating
EAS understand that there are alot of great Plumbing and Heating engineers out there who do not hold a formal qualification for one reason or another after completing what we call Diplomas at another center. The good news is that you can still upgrade if you can provide the following information and can complete the NVQ units. It is now becoming essential that you gain your Gold CSCS card and the only way of doing this is achieving you NVQ.
Please be aware if you hold a 6129 you are now required to prove that your knowledge is 'current'. This means you will have to take all the tests on-line. 11 in total - from Health and Safety to Guttering. This will require Self Study.
Information we require
Copies of your Diploma Certificates from EAL or City and Guilds
If you do not have them or cant find them you can contact the awarding body mentioned and they can send you a replacement
Work required to evidence onsite for observation and obtained by you
2 Bathroom suites - 1 to be directly observed by our assessor and the other completed by you
2 Heating systems - as above
Health and Safety
Decommissioning systems
Maintenace - Fix, repair or replacement
Duration and Cost
To complete the NVQ units EAS have a set Price of £2000.00 for the 6035 conversion within a 60 mile radius of Northampton. We are more than happy to conclude visits further a field but the cost will increase slightly. Please call to dicuss this furhter.
